ABOUT RACHAEL BAIRD

I’m Rachael, a brand designer, copywriter, strategist, and the founder of Studio Flùr – a creative studio that builds thoughtful, human-first brands.With a background that spans visual design and language, my work brings together how things look and how they’re understood. I help businesses express who they are in a way that feels intentional, grounded and true, through both visual design and written voice.After ten years in Paris, my approach carries a natural European influence. Clean lines, minimal fuss, but always with warmth. I believe branding doesn’t need to be loud to be memorable. It just needs to feel honest, considered and reflective of the people behind it.I work with clients across sectors and time zones, in both English and French. Most projects focus on visual identity, brand voice and storytelling, whether that’s creating a new brand from the ground up or refining what’s already there.The process is collaborative and clear, shaped by good conversation, careful thought and a respect for what matters most to each client. The outcome is brands that feel more human, and more like themselves.
