With over ten years of experience in the entertainment industry, I am a passionate and versatile operations coordinator who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments. I have a strong background in production management, backstage coordination, and media relations, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and executives to deliver high-quality and memorable events. I am currently working with IATSE, the largest union of stagehands, technicians, and artists in North America, where I support the planning and execution of various stage shows and sports entertainment projects. In my most recent role as a production office coordinator, I was responsible for overseeing the daily set operations, office management, onboarding crew, accounting paperwork, legal documents, proofreading, grid management, credentials, vendors, insurance, purchase orders, call sheets, payroll, and assisting executives and stage managers. I also handled the media and talent, background actor management, union and SAG paperwork, and various software applications, such as Microsoft Programs, Movie Magic, and DocuSign. I was able to leverage my skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the production office and the satisfaction of the networks and the crew. Open to only weekends,holidays and/or evening gigs.
