Over the last 15 years I have worked for some amazing companies that have helped me advance my customer service, administrative and data management skills. I have been lucky enough to be part of some fantastic teams, engaging with suppliers, clients, and students, who have made me want to strive for perfection and turn up at work each day happy and keen to work hard.My time at EF International Language Schools in Cambridge, both as a Customer Support Manager and a Director of Student Services gave me a love of working with students. Retention, upselling, managing expectations, visa applications and delivering the best service possible was key.At PeddyMark Ltd I was able to stretch myself and get more involved with data management, negotiating with suppliers and dealing with a different range of people from pet owners, to vets, to animal wardens and police. I led a team of 5, produced stats, monitored P&L and budgets.Work for both companies involved recruiting, training, managing and progressing teams of between 5 and 10. I am now very happy to be using my skills within the world of recruitment and training with ABC Chambers Solutions and ABC Legal Talent. It\'s great to be part of a team that is committed to delivering a client-focused service and maintaining a reputation for trust, reliability, and honesty.
