At Crossover, we are on a mission to design a better way to deliver and pay for health while engaging and guiding a community of members. We’re building an entirely new category of providing one simple place to go for trusted care — in person and online, anytime- Craft and implement innovative, data driven member engagement strategies and programs designed to support our members while simultaneously supporting internal and client strategies and goals- Develop, execute, measure, and optimize cross functional member engagement campaigns- Collaborate across business areas to align on engagement strategies, member journeys, key measures of success and drive continuous improvement and optimization as a member advocate- Own and execute cross-functional member engagement journeys, prioritizing, and KPIs - Drive key client and broader platform-wide campaigns focused on member acquisition, utilization, re-engagement and retention — targeting, segmentation, and channel strategies, to operationalize, and drive execution and ongoing testing and measurement- Leverage data to inform, measure and optimize campaigns- Identify research, insights, and analyses requirements to enhance understanding of segmentation of members, behaviors and interactions to inform strategies and priorities.
