Current Project: St. Thomas Midtown Surgery Expansion square foot 110M stand alone facility with 18 OR\'s, 63 Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) rooms, Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Conference Center, and lobby areas-7 elevators ranging from passenger to 10k rated trauma cars- Steel 3rd floor ICU, 4th floor shell space, and 8 floor elevator tower that connects to existing facility in several locations-Basement parking garage and drive lane drop off and pick-up areas. Responsibilities-1st (SPD/Conference/Lobby) and 2nd (OR & PACU) floor interior Superintendent -Maintain interior schedule for project -Coordinate hospital vendors (Steris, Skytron, InDapt) and elevator sub-contractor-Schedule pull plan meetings and weekly sub-contractor meetings-Coordinate with local inspectors along with department of health inspectors -Concrete and rebar QA/QC, structural steel QA/QC, and Interior QA/QCPrevious Experience: STR Vertical Expansion: 50M 100k square foot 3 floor vertical expansion to St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Holy Family Clinic Renovation: 1.3M square foot renovation STM Sterile Precession Equipment Upgrade: Installed new cart washer for the STM SPD areaHLV Clinic Renovation: 700k square foot clinic renovationSeveral other healthcare renovations across 3 Ascension campus\'(Rutherford, Midtown, and West)
