For example, competencies and criteria, asking for recommendation letters, finding research, interview tips, etc- Assisting other board members plan weekly general meetings to have new and interesting events each week to attract more students, such as a \"research roulette\" to share everyone\'s experience and interests in diverse fields of research- Guiding other events, such as panels with alumni currently in MD/ MD-PhD programs and trips to UCSF for networking events with MD-PhD students as well as MDs involved in applications of research in the clinical setting
