As a corporate trainer at Tertiary Infotech Sdn. Bhd, I was responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of employees across various departments. My duties included conducting in-depth needs assessments to identify skill gaps, then creating customized training modules that addressed these gaps while aligning with organizational goals. I delivered engaging workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions, focusing on enhancing employees’ technical and soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving, leadership, and industry-specific technical skills.I utilized a range of training methodologies, including e-learning platforms, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies, to ensure effective learning and application. Additionally, I monitored and evaluated the progress of trainees, providing feedback and adjusting training materials as necessary to improve learning outcomes. I collaborated with department heads and senior management to align training efforts with strategic business goals and ensure that all programs contributed to employee development and company growth. Furthermore, I maintained detailed training records, assessed the effectiveness of each program, and ensured continuous improvement through feedback and performance evaluations.
