I retired in 2022 from a full-time career totaling 8 years in industry and 38 years as a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Michigan, and Purdue University, with visiting appointments in Australia, India, and South Korea. I served as Associate Dean of Masters & Executive Programs and as the Gulf Oil Foundation Professor of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. My passion - underlying my teaching, research, and consulting - lies in the process of developing and marketing innovative products and services, employing current tools and approaches to seek successful outcomes under typically uncertain conditions.
