As a legal professional with a robust background in corporate law, intellectual property, and business & humanitarian immigration, I am dedicated to providing tailored legal solutions across multiple sectors. With an LL.M. in Global Business Law (Cum Laude) from the University of Washington and admission to practice in Pakistan, my career has spanned international borders, giving me a comprehensive understanding of complex legal frameworks.Currently, as a Senior Law Clerk, I support senior attorneys in independently managing high-stakes immigration cases, including O-1, P-1, H-1B, L-1, EB-1/2/3 and EB-2 NIW petitions. My role encompasses a wide range of immigration matters, including but not limited to Green Card applications, employment based green cards, naturalization, travel document, appeals, work permit, I-601 waivers, asylum cases, and the preparation and drafting of legal briefs, memos, cover letters, motions, statements, evidentiary documents, pleadings, pre-hearing statements, country conditions reports, PSG Statements, R.K.K Responses, U-Visa applications, TPS, OPT, Fiancé visa, student visas, tourist visas, extension and transfer of visas, conducting legal research, and keeping track of immigration court deadlines etc. I assist clients with corporate immigration compliance, labor certifications (PERM) and LCA, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks. My prior experience in Pakistan at prestigious firms like Orr Dignam & Co, Haidermota & Co, and Cornelius Lane & Mufti allowed me to engage in corporate and commercial law, drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, and conducting due diligence in M&A and corporate restructuring. Additionally, I have advised clients on intellectual property rights, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. At the European Union, I worked as a Legal Associate, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, and corporate social responsibility. I contributed to legal research on human rights and corporate regulations, ensuring alignment with international standards. With a deep commitment to continuous learning, I am driven by the challenge of navigating the intersection of corporate transactions, IP law, and immigration. I provide a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to each case I handle. Whether it’s negotiating contracts, assisting with immigration compliance, or securing intellectual property rights, I aim to deliver excellence through every phase of my work.Let’s connect if you\'re seeking insights into corporate law, intellectual property, or immigration matters.
