Logistics and Support Management:• Determining the spare parts based on SLA (Service Level Agreement) specified in the contracts and usage and failure data gathered from the field• Planning and maintaining the supply and the storage of the spare parts• Conducting several Logistics Support Analysis based on MIL-STD-1388 and standards (e.g, fault identification, fault rates, MTBF (mean time between failure), MTTR (mean time to repair)) Project Management:• For post warranty period; drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing the contracts as supply of the maintenance/repair service, supply of the spare parts, subcontracts and Performance Based Logistics (PBL)• Making Project Plans (cost, schedule and resource planning using Primavera P6)• Coordinating and directing Project stakeholders according to Project plans and contract• Assigning responsibilities and setting deadlines to project team• Monitoring project status and progress to the actual plan• Providing the delivery of the maintenance/repair service or the spare parts to customer
