ABOUT RAPHAËL BENROS

I’m a Creative Producer and Strategy Lead working at the intersection of games, creativity, and impact, currently based in London.Over the past few years, I’ve helped studios, start-ups, and purpose-driven organisations tell better stories — and turn those stories into products, partnerships, and measurable results. My work bridges production, marketing, and strategy across the gaming ecosystem. I’ve supported a social impact interactive studio as Chief of Staff, focusing on business development, partnerships, and market research; collaborated with the UNEP-facilitated Playing for the Planet Alliance to help studios integrate sustainability and ESG thinking into live activations and in-game events; and led product marketing for mobile start-ups launching digital products and games across emerging markets while building engaged player communities.I’ve also freelanced as a strategy consultant for early-stage companies refining their go-to-market plans and fundraising strategies, and worked with GNAK Consulting as a Strategic Storyteller and Project Manager, specialising in narrative synthesis, knowledge design, and creative facilitation.I hold an LLM in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from the University of Edinburgh, where my research focused on international policy, sustainable finance, and systems thinking, and an MA in International Relations and Economics from the University of St Andrews.Outside of work, I produce music under Home Deluxe, write and perform comedy, and explore how creativity, systems, and storytelling can drive meaningful change.I’ve lived in six countries across Europe, Asia, and North America, and speak English and French fluently, with proficiency in Spanish.
