Prepare immigration applications for professionals, skilled workers, entrepreneurs, investors, and corporations • Prepare complete application packages for Canadian work permits, temporary resident visas, temporary resident permits, permanent residence applications including express entry and provincial nominee programs, family sponsorships, citizenship, permanent residence renewal, student visas, and temporary resident visas. • Advising clients on their application requirements, processes, and the relevant laws applicable to their specific situations. • Maintaining and overseeing all communication with clients, while appropriately managing client expectations. • Reviewing and assessing client documentation in order to determine eligibility. • Providing advice throughout the application process. • Preparing submission letters and immigration forms for submission of applications to the appropriate government office. • Keeping up to date with changes to laws, regulations, manuals, policies, procedures, and processes, and communicating those to clients. • Following up with clients to ensure timely completion of their files, • Managing a high volume of immigration-related cases.
