I’ve been an international development professional for the past 12 years. My experience spans the diplomatic, public and civil society sectors, in Canada and abroad. Much of my work has been focused in Diplomacy, Human Rights jn Conflict, Forced Migration, Gender Based Violence Policy and other areas of International Development. I am a certified mediator and passionate about transformational leadership, change management and knowledge translation. This allows me to empower professionals through coaching and mentorship. I dedicate time to leadership coaching in the workplace and graduate mentorship at my alma-mater and upon invitation from other academic institutions and individuals.
