ABOUT LEVI CASH M.
Currently looking for my next opportunity. I am a \"Profoundly Deep Thinker”, “believes in all Gods Creations”, and a “Supportive Child Advocate”. Ever since I was a young boy I knew I wanted to go into education. The excitement and the love that I saw and experienced from a handful of teachers made a huge difference in my life. It is intense caring that distinguishes an average educator from a successful one. A school that prides itself in intense caring also distinguishes an average school from a successful one. Educating students who are bright and capable; but, are held back because of a learning disability became a passion for me early on in my decision to be an educator. Looking back over the past 38 years I see a group of young people who are now adults and are thriving; because, I had the opportunity to cross their path. I strongly believe that just as doctors are concerned with bringing their patients to a condition of health so to teachers must bring their students to a condition of learning and/or teaching. My strategy in running a school revolves around my ability in the following five areas of effective leadership: 1. Visioning: will take place when I and those stakeholders of our school agree on principles and purpose, and work together to see them evolve. Coaching: will take place when I and my staff work together to build trust and responsibility as a requirement for growth. Managing: will take place when I delegate, trusts and partner effectively with my team and the board. Mediating: will take place when I and my staff deal effectively with conflict at all levels of the school, and foster this ability in others as well. Modeling: will take place when I lead by both example and deed.
