In my most recent role, I provide support and advisory services for custom assay development projects, leveraging technology to oversee the creation of protocols and techniques for proteomic and genomic multiplex immune- and biomarker multiplex assays. In addition, I drive efficiency and precision in assay execution to align with clients\' requirements within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Moreover, I foster collaboration among scientific teams to expedite the integration of Luminex xMAP technology into research environments, broaden the customer base, and enhance revenue streams. I address and resolve customer support issues onsite to ensure seamless operations and bolster client satisfaction. Furthermore, I collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, technical support, and field services teams to enhance technology awareness, stimulate market expansion, and optimise customer engagement. I also cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partner field organisations to promote mutual growth and success.Major Contributions:• Recognised as a SME in Luminex-based multiplex biomarker assays, immunoassays, and nucleic acid detection across diverse applications including immunology, immuno-oncology, oncology, infection biology, transplantation biology, and neurology.• Attained global certification as a Luminex instrument and custom assay development trainer, whilst equipping industry professionals with best practices and driving proficiency in xMAP multiplex technology.• Transitioned from an academic to a commercial environment by demonstrating adaptability and application of scientific expertise in a new setting.
