In this role, I help shape the big-picture vision for building and managing strategic partnerships that advance safety and accountability—particularly in production environments. I am a sexual violence and safety expert focused on translating specialist language to manage government affairs priorities, develop trusted relationships, and deliver policy outcomes that meaningfully respond to public concerns. With more than 15-years’ experience building strategic initiatives and serving as a legislative strategist to pass survivor justice policies, I thrive in a fast-paced, high expectations environment.I value collective decision-making, relationships, and responsible stewardship. I bring these values to my work through facilitating extensive and engaged stakeholder processes to develop innovative policy recommendations and deliver bipartisan government affairs accomplishments. Outside of work, I participate in endurance sports and recently ran my first ultra-marathon in Te Anau, New Zealand.
