About Raajvee Bhanushali

I’m interested in building where most things break - at the intersection of how something is made, how it functions, and how it is ultimately perceived. Most people operate on one side of that equation. I’m learning to operate across it, deliberately. I grew up around my family owned garment manufacturing business, which meant I was exposed early to scale, product, and the discipline of execution, not as theory, but as default. Today, I’m extending that foundation in two directions; On one end, I’m working on evolving a 20-year-old manufacturing business, introducing greater structure, sharper systems, and a more international approach to scale. On the other, I’m building a shapewear and lingerie brand from the ground up where product, fit, and brand are treated as interdependent, not sequential. I’m particularly drawn to the idea of coherence between what is engineered and what is experienced because that’s where most products fail quietly. Alongside this, I spend a significant amount of time working with code and systems. Prior to this, I worked with the United Nations in New York, developing AI-powered web applications using large language models to streamline and elevate internal business processes at scale. That experience sharpened how I think, in systems, not surface-level outcomes. Right now, my time is spent in the less visible parts of building: – refining product until it holds up beyond first impressions – designing systems that sustain, not just support, growth – and shaping a brand that is earned through substance I’m less interested in momentum, and more in building things that hold up under it.
