I am currently pursuing my master’s in technology in Quality Management from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India by Work integrated learning mode and I have done my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production) from Government College of Technology, Anna University, India. I have done my certification in Advance Project Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and Automotive Project Management from TUV SUD.

   Responsible for resource management for executing the Camera, Radar projects and Workshop.\\\\n• Conducting defensive driving training on quarterly basis for test drivers and test engineers to achieve zero accidents on BU level.\\\\n• Leading a team to ensure Quality improvement in delivery and process adherence for ADAS system-BU and part of audit team.\\\\n• Identifying non-value-added activities and channelizing it to responsible team to contribute to Productivity & Quality Improvement.\\\\n• Implemented 5’S for workshop and office area of ADAS system and conducting audit on quarterly basis for ensuring 5’s is followed.\\\\n• Organizing required industrial training for team coordinating with HR development team to support vehicle integration activities and ensure safety practices are achieved at workshop.\\\\n• Part of Integrated project team (Global team) and responsible for conducting the test activities.
