TBER and RFQ evaluation- Planning, coordinating, scheduling & conducting periodic Project Monitoring Meetings- Assessment & finalization of Client requirement - Safety and Quality adherence. Budgeting & Bill monitoring- Coordination between HO & Contractor- NFA issuance and tracking for left-out Scopes. Proper planning of all sequential jobs to keep the - Project running smoothly- PEOPLE Management: Handle 800+ project manpower directly or indirectly.Timeline monitoring- Define Dependencies: Define Client expectations, budgets and the level of cooperation between teams and departments- Problem Resolutions : Resolves problems early before they transform into larger ones. Preventative measures to curtail costs or other problems.KEY ACHT# Completed ETP Plant within 10 months as against 12 months, even when cyclone wasted almost 1 month. Executed with company team without Contractor.# CHILLER PLANT – Completed, START-TO-FINISH in 6 ½ months as against 8 months. Resulted in savings of 1.5 cr (approx 12%)
