Conduct daily reconciliations and settlements for Cleared OTC VM, Options Premium,and Foreign Futures repatriation. Collaborate with the Collateral team on Initial Margin breaks resolution affectingVariation Margins/FX repatriation. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient clearing and settlementprocesses before cut-off with minimal breaks. Handle daily maturity deals across products and OTC bilateral fee settlements, F & Obookings, and provide allocations to respective brokers ensuring timely clearing. Oversee options positions, Tri Optima, and brokers vs. custodians vs. JPMCreconciliations. Collaborate with the technology team for process automation, manage ad-hoc queries,and mail management. Provide daily oversight reporting, including KPI, breaks, and checklists. Prepare and distribute monthly position reports to clients. Confirm option expiry cash-flows with portfolio managers and report to respectiveteams (e.g, Fund Accountant, Collateral team).
