ABOUT AD RIHANI

Ra’ad is a Program Manager who partners with public and private clients to deliver complex municipal infrastructure projects—from environmental assessments and feasibility studies to detailed design and construction. A registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario, he also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) credentials. As Program Manager for some of Toronto’s most high-profile infrastructure and waterfront projects, Ra’ad brings extensive experience in leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution. He excels at managing large, multidisciplinary teams and building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to align engineering solutions with community and design visions. Ra’ad is also a leader in Alternative Delivery Methods (ADM) business development, advancing innovative and collaborative delivery models that enhance value and efficiency in infrastructure projects. As a recognized leader in Digital Advisory and Innovation, Ra’ad is pioneering the creation of digital twins for some of Ontario’s most complex projects, bridging the gap between engineering and digital transformation. His work integrates data, visualization, and analytics to drive better decision-making, sustainability, and lifecycle performance in public infrastructure. Through his leadership, Ra’ad continues to shape the future of infrastructure delivery in Canada—merging technical excellence, digital innovation, and strategic collaboration to connect people, places and ideas, and successfully deliver complex infrastructure projects.
