I am a detail-oriented, highly motivated, Inquisitive Clinical Research Associate with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Presently associated with a Sponsor CRO which is also a non-government, not-for-profit organization based out of Geneva named Drugs for Neglected Disease initiative (DNDi). With 2.5 years of experience in performing and documenting pre-study site evaluations, Onsite -Monitoring, regulatory document collection, managing sites, and coordinating operations in the field of Clinical Research for Phase & Phase IV trials. I\'ve become diligent in performing studies aligned with good clinical practices, study-specificrequirements and clinical monitoring plans.
