More specifically, I -Co-Lead Cone Healths Human-Centered Design Strategy -Lead design ops for the organization and the Innovation Team-Build and lead a teams of cross functional teams through design and research to create industry-leading experiences for the ecology of health and wellness -Allocate design resources across Cone Health to ensure the design and business needs are met -Evolve the structure and operations of the design team to meet the needs of the organization -Ideate and implement repeatable processes to enable consistent delivery of high-quality design, end-to-end
