I am an academic leader and engineering educator with extensive experience in building structured, community-connected academic ecosystems that align education, workforce needs, and institutional strategy. My work focuses on strengthening engineering fundamentals, advancing engineering education, and translating underutilized opportunities—particularly in regional and rural contexts—into sustainable institutional assets.With a background spanning teaching, research, and academic administration, I have led workforce-aligned program development, curriculum modernization, and externally funded initiatives that enhance access, relevance, and student success. My approach emphasizes measurable outcomes, inclusive excellence, and alignment with national priorities, ensuring that students, faculty, and communities benefit meaningfully from higher education.I have directed and contributed to multimillion-dollar grant initiatives, supported interdisciplinary and global collaborations, and mentored faculty and students with a focus on long-term capacity building.
