Hi, I’m Niharika.I work at the intersection of analytics and operations, where data isn’t just reported, but actually used to fix problems.Most recently at Ravin IT, I worked closely with leadership and operations teams to improve visibility across workflows, from cost analysis to SLA tracking and inventory performance. A big part of my role was turning raw operational data into structured dashboards and insights using SQL and Power BI. But beyond building dashboards, I focused on identifying inefficiencies, reducing delays, and automating manual reporting processes so teams could move faster and with better clarity.Before that at Amazon, I supported transportation and logistics operations across multiple fulfillment centers. That experience strengthened my ability to work in fast-paced environments where coordination, accuracy, and real-time problem solving matter.
