An award-winning construction professional, recognised with the NHBC Pride in the Job award, with over ten years of industry experience and an exceptional ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships. A results-driven leader with a proven track record of coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams and fostering strategic partnerships to deliver major projects on time and within budget, in full compliance with CDM regulations, building regulations and safety codes.Having overseen a portfolio exceeding £500 million in project value throughout my career, I have successfully delivered over high-end residential apartments alongside commercial retail units, consistently maintaining exceptionally high quality standards across all aspects of construction delivery. Highly skilled in collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from feasibility through to construction, commissioning and handover. Experienced in creating and managing detailed construction programmes using MS Project and Asta Powerproject, overseeing contractors through effective communication and programme meetings, with a robust approach to budget management, cost control, quality and compliance.Holding a BA Hons in Project Management, through which I gained a strong foundation in APM methodologies, alongside an NVQ Level 6 & 7 Diploma in Construction Management, reflecting a strong commitment to professional development and industry excellence. Currently progressing towards Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
