In order to introduce myself I must start with first things first! I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 29 years, and a very proud father of 3 wonderful adult children and a lifelong resident of Kendall County IL. As the General Manager of The Edge Contracting LLC. I facilitate exterior renovations for homeowners in the greater Chicagoland area and for property owners of commercial buildings throughout Eastern Iowa, Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. I have experience in Construction, Insurance and business management. I am currently working on building management systems that will provide a predictable business model without depreciating the individualism of our employees and partners. I have spent 17 years in the construction industry, 7 years in the insurance and consulting industry and a total of 25 years in business management. Mastering the art of dissecting an issue inorder to ascertain the root causes of issues is a passion of mine. I love a good problem. During my time off I will usually be completing the infamous \"honey-do lists\", and visiting family. I am also a Trained SKYWARN weather spotter and Weather Ready Nation Ambassador.
