About Jason Dickey
I am a Senior Technical Leader for TRC’s Permitting, Planning, and Licensing Division in the Clifton Park, NY Office. In this role I provide technical oversight/guidance on a range of subjects, help mentor and coach junior staff, and assist the management team with staffing and financial performance of our Team. I also serve as a Senior Project Manager overseeing a variety of energy and infrastructure projects with intensive focus on renewable energy development in New York. My early career focused on compliance to federal and state regulations related to the Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA). Since joining TRC in August 2017, I have largely focused on siting and permitting commercial-scale solar developments in New York ranging in scale from 2MWac – 300 MWac.
