My practice includes defending clients in personal injury cases venued in Northern and Central California.I am a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and was selected as a 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 Northern California Super Lawyer in the practice area of personal injury defense. I have tried many cases to jury verdicts in Butte, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, Yolo, Nevada, Sacramento, Lake, San Joaquin and Merced counties. Included in those trials are nine defense verdicts in cases where I represented a defendant. I have completed over 100 first party binding arbitrations representing insurance companies at the hearings. Further, I have argued cases in the Third, Fifth and Sixth California Court of Appeals which resulted in three published decisions.
