I oversee the corporate travel department (both commercial and private) for Apogee Physicians - the largest privately-held & physician-led hospitalist company in the U.S. My team handles all corporate travel booking for the entire company as the internal travel management department. In addition, I direct and execute all corporate meetings, retreats, summits, trainings and galas. This includes being the on-site contact at all events preceded by hotel contract negotiations, site visits & site selection. My goals are to- form lasting, positive relationships with the vendors I use in the hospitality/travel industry- create a seamless, cost-effective travel experience for the personnel in my company- produce unique, special & memorable corporate events customized to each specific function\'s purpose.
