ABOUT HERRING
I am an entrepreneur and investor with a great history of bringing the vision to life, including businesses started, developed and sometimes subsequently sold. Designed and developed products resulting in a European Design Registration and a European Patent. I have taken my own start up from £nil to over GBP£20m t/o in total since inception, with excellent profit levels (re-invested) resulting in an unrecognised brand market entry in a highly contested segment, taking significant market share (25%+) in the chosen sales channels over five years, and against a globally dominant market leader. Selecting and leading a wonderful band of talented people who together created the benchmark in market standards for all key metrics in a traditional market. Had full P&L responsibility across all areas of the business, resulting in the most difficult transition and scaling of the business to be a top 3 brand across the UK retail sales.Interested in investment opportunities across similar sectors.Member of IoD
