I am well equipped to assist clients with their transactional needs, including- Selecting, forming, funding and managing business entities- Completing all aspects of purchase and sale transactions, including real estate, general business assets or the acquisition, merger, consolidation, reorganization or dissolution of entire business entities- Drafting or reviewing all types of business-related contracts, including manufacturing agreements, service agreements, non-compete agreements, shareholder agreements, loan agreements, lease agreements or otherwise; and- Assisting with land planning, zoning and development.In addition, I also maintain an entertainment law practice, assisting music venues and festivals procuring and contracting with talent.
