For 27 years, I\'ve had the privilege of leading manufacturing, technical, projects and R&D teams in the dairy, food, and health food beverage industries. My passion lies in not just running operations, but in reinventing them—from developing new products that delight consumers to integrating digital technologies that make processes smarter and more efficient.What makes my journey unique is the blend of experiences I\'ve had. One minute I\'m collaborating with a corporate innovation team, and the next I\'m on the factory floor, bringing a new technology to life. This mix of strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise has given me a solid understanding of how every part of a business fits together. My thorough technical understanding of various manufacturing technologies & Processes has been crucial in this regard. I’ve always been driven to explore the \"path less travelled,\" which has led me to lead significant Greenfield and brownfield plant projects from concept to completion.My career has been built on a foundation of tangible results: successfully delivering new products to market, optimizing costs through value engineering, and spearheading long-term strategic planning to ensure sustained growth. My skills as a Certified Energy Manager have also allowed me to implement energy efficiency programs that reduce costs and drive sustainability. I\'ve had the chance to work with incredible teams across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia & UK which has broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to lead and collaborate.I am a fervent believer in continuous improvement and use methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to foster a culture of excellence. I\'m always on the lookout for a new challenge where I can apply my experience to make a real difference and truly transform how we operate—let’s create impact together.
