My expertise in risk management enables me to lead and support the team in creating a holistic view of risk identification, treatment, and metrics data to develop technology risk profiles, heat maps, risk registers, and manage security issues. I also assist the 1LOD teams in prioritizing risk, reporting by control family and LOB, and collaborate with key stakeholders from the 2LOD risk management, compliance teams, and internal audit to track and manage security and compliance issues. I play an essential role in enhancing, maturing, measuring, and increasing automation in the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program while working with internal partners. I also lead and support efforts to define, create, manage and operationalize security governance metrics by coordinating strategic metrics and operational effectiveness metrics for each service in security and in GRC.
