Responsible for investments in the renewables and alternative energy sectors, as part of Vitol\'s energy transition efforts. Focus is on solar, wind, energy storage and other renewable generation - as a developer through to long term asset owner. Additional alternative energy sectors in this energy transition strategy include EV fleet solutions, biogas, advanced biofuels, recycled carbon fuels, CCUS and DER/grid services, etc. Vitol is the largest independent energy trader (crude oil, natural gas/LNG, biofuels, power, environmental commodities) in the world, with revenues of over USD 505 billion in 2022. Current Board of Director positions include: VC Renewables (Americas), VG Mobility (Americas), Vortex Energy (Poland), Sun Mobility (India).
