A student in Human Relations program with background in studying about interventions and program development for organizational development. A high-motivated and team-player who loves to communicate and interact with others. I have a year experience in Customer Service and Sales at a bakery which I assisted customer in purchasing. At the bakery, I also further developed my collaborative skills to maximize sales with my colleagues. We came up with many new ideas and initiatives to further help growing the store. Currently, I am an intern in Training Coordinating. My day-to-day job is contact trainers, provide training courses for Customer Service employees, and collect MFA for further improvements. I assist in different projects and in charge of creative initiatives.
