ABOUT QURAT-UL-AIN ANNIE

As an experienced academic and current PhD scholar in Artificial Management at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, I bring a strong blend of leadership, management expertise, and scholarly commitment to my professional role. Over the years, I have served as an Assistant Professor at the National College of Business in Pakistan, where I not only taught and supervised postgraduate students but also played a strategic role in curriculum development and quality assurance. My teaching philosophy is grounded in inclusivity, critical thinking, and real-world application, and I have consistently received positive feedback from students and colleagues for my innovative and student-centered approach. In addition to classroom instruction, I have supervised numerous MPhil students in research areas ranging from talent management to organizational effectiveness, demonstrating my capability to guide academic inquiry and mentor future professionals.
