ABOUT QUINTON BROWN
I’m Quinton, a Management Information Systems (MIS) student at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Right now I am working at Turck USA as an IT Intern working in Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Sharepoint focusing on improving current systems or processes in any way I can. I’m always looking for new ways to learn and apply that knowledge to real-world challenges. Currently, I serve as the President of UMN Club MIS, where I lead a team of student board members to shape the organization’s strategic direction and oversee its operations. In this role, I manage relationships with university stakeholders and tech companies, lead executive meetings, and guide event planning to ensure our members gain meaningful industry exposure and professional development opportunities. Outside of academics and work, I stay active by working out, playing basketball, and spending time with friends. Though I\'m still perfecting my skills, I also enjoy cooking as a way to unwind and relax. I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute, especially in spaces where business and technology intersect.
