Responsible for leading Matchtech’s Renewables division, covering Offshore Wind, Onshore Wind, Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role combines strategic leadership of the team with client facing delivery across both permanent and contract markets, ensuring Matchtech continues to play a pivotal role in supporting the global energy transition.Key responsibilities include:Managing, mentoring and developing the Renewables team to achieve high performance, foster collaboration and deliver consistent results.Partnering with clients across all regions to provide tailored talent solutions, enabling the successful delivery of complex renewable energy projects from development through to operation.Driving business growth by expanding Matchtech’s market presence, building long term commercial partnerships with developers, EPCs, OEMs and the wider supply chain.Supporting clients on critical contract requirements, ensuring rapid mobilisation of specialist skills across engineering, construction, project management and operations.Aligning team capability with client needs, ensuring excellence in delivery while promoting innovation in recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
