I am an experienced recruitment consultant; talent acquisition consultant and wannabe talent sourcing wizard. I have a strong and successful recruitment, stakeholder engagement, customer service and sales background. I am a creative thinker who is not afraid to push new boundaries which translates great ideas into positive and meaningful change. In my current position I have transformed how we engage with DHB, health and tertiary education stakeholders and how we recruit NZ medical graduates into first year nursing and RMO positions across NZ. I am an effective and engaging communicator who is able to present processes and products in a clear and structured way. One of my proudest achievements was overcoming my fear of public speaking engagements by presenting the national application and recruitment processes to tens of thousands of medical and nursing students since 2016. I am proud to play a small part in improving the health outcomes for all people in New Zealand. I am a proud New Zealander.
