About Quinn Kelly

I am an upcoming senior at Massachusetts Maritime Academy majoring in Facilities Engineering. I have experience on the TS Kennedy on which I shipped out for 50+ days performing general maintenance in the engine room, received steam system training, and stood watch. I have also completed a co-op with C&W Services in which I performed chiller tube punching and other maintenance with chillers. I also worked alongside HVAC technicians and collected data/performed maintenance on systems throughout the sites in Cambridge, MA. I completed another co-op at LifeTime Fitness in Westwood, MA in which I worked alongside the head engineer in collecting logs, performing maintenance, and completed work orders involving boilers, water filters, water pumps, and HVAC equipment. I am also pursuing a 3rd Engineers Stationary License through the Mass Stationary Licensing program at MMA. I currently have my 1st Class Fireman’s license.At MMA, I am also an active member of the regiment of cadets. My junior year, I was an orientation squad leader in which I directly managed, mentored, and lead 50+ freshman throughout the course of the school year. For my upcoming senior year, I will be the 1st Company Commander in which I will be in charge of 300+ students and helping with day to day operations of the regiment at the company level.
