I have spent my career in the food and beverage industry, mostly on the ingredients side of things, and now work with food and beverage, supplements, and companion animal ingredient companies expand their international reach with expertise in safety approvals, registrations, setting up sales channels, and entering new markets worldwide. I have had the privilege of working with companies of all shapes and sizes from unfunded startups to the largest CPG in the world and everything in between supporting the scope, growth, and expansion of many health and functional ingredients and even finished products. While I\'ve been around the industry as a whole, international expansion is my real niche and expertise. I have worked with ingredients of all types and always excited to learn about new ones, but probiotics are where my deepest expertise lies.
