I believe leadership is about more than strategy and structure — it’s about creating the conditions for people and organizations to thrive.As CEO of the British Columbia Dental Association, I’m privileged to serve over dentists who care for the oral health of all British Columbians. In this role, I focus on strengthening governance, advancing advocacy, and championing an integrated vision of oral health as a cornerstone of overall wellness.My career has been defined by connecting ideas, people, and systems — from leading innovation in genomics to guiding governance reform in healthcare. I see my work as building bridges: between policy and practice, boards and executives, providers and patients.Beyond my executive role, I contribute to community well-being through board service with several organizations. I’m deeply committed to mentorship and to cultivating leadership that is transparent, accountable, and human-centered.I believe in the power of collaboration to shape a healthier and more inclusive future — and I’m always open to conversations about governance, leadership, and the evolving landscape of healthcare.
