My life\'s mission is to help those achieve and pursue their goals through authentic and introspective leadership to do the things they once thought unimaginable. I have a deep passion to discover what truly drives each person and thus engage them in authentic constructive learning opportunities. Everything life throws our way, despite the industry, is a learning opportunity. My background is in education with 15 years of experience; however, I have used my education and transferable skills to consult and work in other fields in mid level positions serving in Labor, Human Resources,and Social Services. I am coachable and have a proven track record of managing diverse teams of managers, assistants, educators/coaches, learning and development managers, and data analysts with over 95% satisfaction and retention. I have created tools, implemented professional development trainings, and created systems to drive our key outcomes and streamlined-making the team the most trusted partners in exceeding site performance goals by 20%. I say all to say, I am capable of leading a successful, respectful team. My expertise includes effectively leading the evolution of programmatic strategy to align with organization goals to scale; successfully identifying site training needs; curating learning programs or sessions based off observation and adaptive coaching, thereby meeting both staff individual and operational needs and retaining my team 4 years in a row. I studied and taught English, so clear and strong communication is important to me. This is because I find what each person or teams\' need, use individual motivations to drive progress, and seek to show each person that with hard work, authenticity, and transparency they can accomplish what they couldn\'t imagine. I truly believe in work life balance and promote a healthy holistic mindset. I am an adventurous risk taker who is a curious life-long learner. Therefore, I aspire and work towards understanding more ways to build strong relationships around me, promote cultural and adaptive education/learning, enhance restorative practices, and spend time with those that I love, doing what I love. Family is huge for me and it\'s important that we all fulfill our life\'s missions and cherish the moments we get to spend with one another.
