About Quinn Erk
Passionate communicator committed to helping others achieve their goals. My passion for authentic and detailed communication in part derives from the time I spent as a tennis instructor growing up. As I would diagnose my students’ games, I often found that many of my students would suffer from the same problems with their serves, ground strokes, and volleys that would make their shots inefficient or broken. Remedying improper form is easily done from an outside perspective, but the hard part is getting buy-in from the student to understand why they need to make a change. As the game of tennis continues to evolve, habit and familiarity cannot be allowed to thrive within a competitive player.Now, as opposed to teaching the modern game of tennis, I serve as a resource to organizations looking to stay on the bleeding edge of digital transformation.
