While conducting background investigations on behalf of several government entities, I have voluntarily met and exceeded all production and quality metrics set forth for my role, often by margins of 20% or more; providing timely and accurate casework for our federal clients. In addition to receiving new investigator training upon my hire, I wrote and implemented my own standard operating procedures for case-quality improvement. Through utilizing these procedures, I was able to achieve the highest tier of seniority and responsibility for individuals in my role within 10 months of receiving my credentials. Since then, I have taken on any and all special projects available to me, to include facilitating secure file transfers for my peers, mentoring both new-hires as well as experienced investigators, serving as a Technical Trainer for our New Investigator and Reviewer Training program (NIRT), periodically serving in an Acting Section Lead role to maintain effective management of my team, traveling to high-demand areas of the country to assist local teams with their inventories, and completing integrity oversight projects as needed.
