Establish and maintain alignment among stakeholders, formulate robust strategies and goals, and ensure attainment of shared objectives within the 22-member Executive Board, including education, local government, and other non-profit organizations. Administer budget priorities and support the 850+ school board members in 113 Idaho school districts and 67 public charter schools. Effectively implement K-12 Priorities adopted by ISBA Members, including passage of 9 individual policy pieces in 6 years and defeating several dozen more. Effectively supported legislative investment in public schools by nearly $750 million since 2019, including teacher pay, classified pay, health insurance, and Career Technical Education. Guide Executive Director, legal counsel, and Government Relations Committee for effective decision-making on Government Relations. Support staff with collaborative leadership, creating conditions for a high performing team and programs, and employee benefits for the employees. Attend and present at school board meetings, recurring meetings with stakeholders, statehouse leadership and legislators, and Governor\'s office. Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance the mission and objectives of the organization. Participate in public speaking events and panels, ranging from audiences of 20 to 400 people.
