I am an experienced Quality Manager with over 25 years working in industry including a variety of manufacturing operations and quality processes. The industries I have experience in include dietary supplement powder and tablet filling, bottling and testing, animal feed powder manufacturing and packaging. Oat milk manufacturing including low acid canned foods trained for filling and packaging. Laboratory operations management, scheduling, calibration and data analysis. E-commerce facility operations for quality, sanitation, sustainability, analytics and packaging. Finished CPG overall system quality including supplier checks, processing, packaging and inspections. I have cultivated a strong quality assurance and quality control background in these industries with hands on laboratory operations, quality auditing and document control. I am an experienced point of contact for 3rd party auditors and regulatory inspectors. I have extensive experience with team member training in safety and quality skills, working in fast-paced packaging, administering QMS requirements and document control. I have experience with implementing a QMS in startups for manufacturing as well as repairing and enhancing neglected quality systems to ensure food safety compliance.I have extensive experience in GMP manufacturing and sanitation processes and have trained numerous employees throughout my career on these principles and practices. I am a safety professional with experience at OSHA VPP and SHARP certified sites as well as a food safety professional-PCQI certified, BRC, Internal Food Safety Auditor, NSF, AIB, LSS Yellow Belt and LSS Green Belt and FAMI-QS certifications.
