About Quinn Brown
To this day, I can\'t say no to a challenge. Put all your eggs in one basket and try to get into a college that your guidance counselor says is a massive reach? Strike out on your own hundreds of miles away from family to follow a job in marketing? Hike 46 of the highest peaks in New York state when you\'ve barely ever walked uphill? Pursue your seemingly out-of-your-league neighbor by bringing him an endless supply of desserts? Why not? If it\'s too easy, is it even worth doing? If I hadn’t believed in myself through the challenges, I wouldn’t have gone to Holy Cross and received a well-rounded education that laid the groundwork for ongoing success in all things marketing; wouldn’t have become an Adirondack 46er in 2018 after 3 years of rigorous hiking; and never would have married that wonderful neighbor. Life and job challenges are tough to overcome, but when you do, you unlock different strengths you never would have realized you had if you did not take the leap. Always take that leap. Take that challenge head on.
