As Managing Director, Research and Analytics Services, I am responsible for forming hypotheses, theories and conclusions based on comprehensive data analysis, and proactively working with senior real estate leaders to interpret and understand real-time demand trends by market and submarket, rent trends by product type and floor plan, demographic trends and renter preference dynamics to enhance operating and financial results, drive client satisfaction and stimulate business growth.Leveraging the vast amounts of data within Greystar\'s data warehouse; the experience of the organization\'s operations, investment and development professionals; and third-party market data; I create interpretive reports, narratives, presentations, infographics and other research and data products that enable strategy development and execution.I partner closely with real estate leaders in all business lines, as well as investor relations, research IT and performance analytics groups to establish best practices in data management and reporting to achieve full and effective use of business intelligence tools and applications.
